Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Business Area Overview:
To supportcontrols & compliance function in matters relating to operationalvalidation and administration of compliance projects / programs. The rolereports into finance and will have cross-functional support and coordinationwith operations, business, external partners and vendors.
Role:
Support Control and Compliance program to develop and optimize company's internal control process, improve internal control environment across company
Assist the testing of company transaction to comply compliance requirements, such as validating POEs
Support controls & compliance programs to perform testing on high risk area; Prepare monthly compliance scorecard report and other internal reports
Work with internal and external audit and assist to close the audit issues
Coordinate with other department and use tools to report compliance issue
Adhoc projects support, such as T&E / procurement, other auditing & testing requirements
Education andQualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science(Big 4 preferred)
Experience Level:
3-4 years of professional experience
Strong process knowledge and auditing experience preferred
Experience in internal audit or controls / compliance roles preferred
Experience in utilizing software tools for business compliance reporting
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel and achieve results through a model of influence rather than authority.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure / fast paced environment and communicate clearly and directly.
Experience to work in fast environment
ProfessionalTraining and Certification:
Able to use Visio / excel / Powerpoint
Skills,Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong communication and analytical skill.
Able to interact with internal (business / operations / IT) & external partners (customer / partners / vendors) in English & Chinese.
Self-driven, willing to learn attitude and able to handle uncertainty
